Type of Care and Service:
We treat patients for a wide-range of eye problems, including cataracts, glaucoma, blurred vision, diabetic related eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eyes, red eyes, floaters (spots in vision), flashes, irritated or painful eyes, some pediatric eye diseases, contact lens related problems (at the moment we are not offering contact lens fitting) but do offer glasses prescription measurement if scheduled in advance, care and removal of eyelid lesions, corneal problems, neuro-ophthalmological problems, refractive cataract surgery and more.
We currently only participate with medical plans and not vision plans. Vision plans are used for routine eye exams when no problems except need for glasses or contact lenses exist. Prescription glasses and contact lens prescription measurements (refractions) are typically covered by vision plans and not medical plans. At the moment, we do not offer contact lens fitting. If you prefer to have your routine eye exam by us, our prices are reasonable and you might be able to submit your receipt to your vision plan for reimbursement.
