Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm
Thursdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Fridays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Please make sure to hold the phone and to repeat your call after 5 minutes if you do not get an answer. If you are unable to get in touch with a doctor after a few tries or if you are experiencing an urgent emergency please immediately contact your nearest emergency department.
New River Valley Surgery Center:
Located next to the Carillion New River Valley Hospital complex. All of Dr. Farhi’s scheduled surgeries are on Tuesdays.
